Job Title: Factory / Production Supervisor
Location: Ketu, Lagos

Description
- We are looking for smart, forward-thinking, consistent and experienced Furniture production supervisor to oversee our production operations. You will guarantee that the manufacturing of furniture remains a smooth and efficient process by monitoring employees and organizing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Develop production schedules in coordination with the production manager and other relevant departments.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Ensure that production plans align with overall business objectives.
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers, including machine operators, assemblers, and other production staff.
- Train new employees and ensure that existing staff members are adequately trained on equipment, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Motivate and encourage employees to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure that finished products meet the company's quality specifications.
- Monitor production processes to identify and address any issues that may affect product quality.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to continuously improve product quality.
- submit reports on performance and progress of production.
Qualifications
- HND / Diploma in a Technical, Engineering or relevant field
- 8-10 years of proven experience as a production supervisor or similar role in furniture industry.
- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
- knowledge on AutoCAD drawings and the use of CNC is an added advantage.
- Advanced skills in MS Office
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills
