Job Title: Educational Consultant - Vocational and Management College

Background

• We are embarking on an exciting journey to establish a vocational and management college in Ondo State, with the aim of providing high-quality education and training opportunities to empower individuals for successful careers.
• As we embark on this ambitious venture, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Consultant to join our team.

Responsibilities
The Educational Consultant will play a pivotal role in the establishment and development of our vocational and management college in Ondo State. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Curriculum Development:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design a comprehensive curriculum that meets industry standards and prepares students for successful careers in vocational and management fields.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and educational best practices.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop a strategic plan for the college, outlining short and long-term goals, resource requirements, and growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance the college's standing in the educational sector.

Faculty Recruitment and Development:

• Lead the recruitment process for skilled and experienced faculty members.
• Implement professional development programs to ensure continuous improvement in teaching methods and content delivery.

Facilities and Resources Management:

• Oversee the planning and development of college facilities, ensuring they meet the standards required for vocational and management education.
• Manage resources effectively to create a conducive learning environment.

Student Engagement and Support:

• Develop initiatives to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
• Implement support services to address the diverse needs of students, promoting inclusivity and academic success.

Requirements

• Master's or PhD in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an educational consultant or in a similar role within the vocational and management education sector.
• In-depth knowledge of curriculum development, educational policies, and accreditation processes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the education landscape in Nigeria, particularly in Ondo State.
