Job Title: Builder

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time

Responsibilities

• Design and construct structures such as roads, bridges and buildings
• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Prepare cost estimates, contracts and budgets
• Schedule and coordinate work on site
• Ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other professionals
• Manage team of tradespeople and labourers
