Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Responsibilities
Site Manager job description should contain a variety of functions and roles including:

• Supervising contracted staff
• Meeting subcontractors
• Visiting site beforehand.
• Checking work processes meet building regulations.
• Writing reports.
• Hiring workers.
• Maintaining quality control procedures
• Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
• Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
• Monitoring the progress of the work.
• Motivating the workforce
• Problem-solving
• Using specialist construction management computer applications.
• Liaising with clients and reporting progress, professional staff (such as architects and surveyors ) and the public

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, construction science, or engineering
• Prior working experience
