Job Title: Facility Officer

Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
As a Facility Officer, you will:

• Assist in managing requests such as repairs, servicing and replacement of equipment /assets.
• Coordinate vendor management across all areas (electrical, plumbing, wood works etc.).
• Conduct weekly reporting of branch using standard template
• Create a good work environment for staff and customers.
• Keep track of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Coordinate fire safety equipment installation and maintenance.
• Assist in overseeing general housekeeping across locations and liaison with cleaning company.
• Comply to health and safety so as to minimize hazard within the work environment.
• Provide general assistance on all related facilities functions
• Co-ordinate of all premises work, and engage the necessary service providers, to include planned and responsive maintenance, refurbishment, redecoration, office moves, and the provision of furniture and office equipment

Requirements
Must Have for the position:

• B.Sc / BA in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or relevant field.
• 2 years Proven experience as facilities manager or relevant position.
• Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Good analytical/critical thinking.
