Job Description

• Are you passionate about the beauty industry and ready to lead a dynamic team? So Beautified Lagos, a thriving beauty brand, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Salon Manager to oversee our upscale salon operations.

Responsibilities

• Leadership: Provide strong leadership to the salon team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Set performance expectations, motivate staff, and ensure a high level of customer service.
• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized salon space.
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service. Address client concerns and feedback, working towards continuous improvement.
• Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive salon revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and events.
• Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for salon staff to enhance their skills and stay updated on industry trends. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Financial Management: Manage salon budgets, monitor expenses, and maximize profitability. Implement cost-effective measures while maintaining high-quality service.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all salon services meet the brand's standards of excellence. Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Salon Manager or similar role in the beauty industry.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of salon operations, beauty products, and industry trends.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and increasing profitability.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with salon software and point-of-sale systems.
• Certification in Cosmetology or a related field is a plus.
