Job Title: Junior Customer Service Officer

Locations: Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Lekki, Gbagada, Ikorodu, Yaba, Surulere, Magboro, Abule Egba, Festac, Ago Palace, Ikotun, Egbeda - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Issue receipts, and refunds.
• Attend to customer needs
• Cross-sell products and introduce new ones.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

Job Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE and OND holders only with 0 - 2 years work experience.
• Good accounting skills.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer satisfaction-oriented.
• Must be ready to work on weekends and run shifts.

Salary:
N40,000 - N50,000 monthly.
