We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the execution of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, budget adherence, and project timelines.
  • Provide critical support and follow-up with the permitting and engineering teams to secure local approvals and meet regulatory obligations.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with suppliers, including EPCs and engineering consultants, ensuring optimal and sustainable procurement aligned with HSE, quality, and compliance guidelines.
  • Enforce strict adherence to project design and material selection, in accordance with contractual requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular on-site visits and generate detailed reports to uphold construction quality and safety standards.
  • Direct the commissioning and testing phases of projects, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements and industry benchmarks.
  • Oversee the seamless handover of projects to both the Operations & Maintenance Team and the Client, meeting set contractual objectives.
  • Manage comprehensive documentation, adhering to company requirements and industry standards.
  • Operate in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) requirements, emphasizing a strong safety culture.
  • Collaborate closely with technical services for continuous improvement, utilizing technical specifications effectively and leveraging remote engineering support when applicable.
  • Engage in strategic commercial negotiations and maintain robust relationships to ensure optimal and sustainable procurement of equipment and contractors.
  • Actively contribute to the enhancement of the Project Management Office (PMO) by implementing advanced tools and best practices.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with client’s post-handover, demonstrating dedication to client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 10-12 years experience.
