Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, prospecting new clients, and maintaining existing customer relationships in a designated territory.
  • You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • This role involves a combination of fieldwork, client meetings, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Identify and reach out to potential customers within the assigned territory.
  • Cold call, email, and use other methods to generate sales leads.
  • Research and understand the needs of prospective clients.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct product or service presentations to potential customers.
  • Showcase the features and benefits of the products or services.
  • Address customer questions and concerns effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the company.

Sales Targets:

  • Set and achieve sales targets and goals within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding customer needs and preferences.

Administrative Tasks:

  • Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
