Job Description

• As a Woodworking Factory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the operations of our woodworking facility.
• This position requires a blend of technical expertise in woodworking processes, strong leadership skills, and a keen focus on operational efficiency.
• You will be responsible for managing the production team, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall factory performance.

Key Responsibilities
Production Management:

• Supervise and coordinate all woodworking production activities.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Oversee the allocation of resources to optimize workflow.

Quality Control:

• Implement and enforce quality control processes to meet or exceed product specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and inspire the woodworking team to achieve production targets.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

Operational Efficiency:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency measures.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure machinery is well-maintained and operational.
• Optimize material usage and minimize waste through effective resource management.

Safety Compliance:

• Implement and enforce safety protocols and standards in accordance with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions for factory staff.
• Investigate and address any safety concerns promptly.

Inventory Management:

• Monitor and manage raw material and finished goods inventory levels.
• Implement inventory control measures to reduce waste and ensure accurate stock levels.

Communication and Reporting:

• Liaise with other departments to coordinate activities and resolve cross-functional issues.
• Generate regular reports on production metrics, quality, and efficiency.
