Principal Duties / Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Develop and produce engaging YouTube videos on leadership and HR topics.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create informative and insightful content.

Content Strategy:

• Define and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Research industry trends and competitor channels to identify opportunities for content development.
• Monetizing youTube and generating digital leads via youTube

Audience Engagement:

• Build and nurture a community of engaged subscribers on our YouTube channel.
• Monitor and respond to comments and feedback, fostering a positive online community.

Optimization and Analytics:

• Implement SEO strategies to improve video discoverability.
• Analyze video performance metrics and use insights to refine content strategies.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to integrate YouTube content into broader digital marketing efforts.
• Coordinate with video production professionals and editors to ensure high-quality content.

Job Requirements
To be successful in the role, the candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in content creation, specifically on YouTube, with a focus on HR and leadership topics.
• Strong video editing skills and familiarity with editing software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in SEO and video analytics tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Salary
