Job Description
Delivery Services:

• Safely transport goods and products from the supermarket to customers' homes or other specified locations.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries, following established delivery schedules.

Vehicle Maintenance:

• Perform regular checks on the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
• Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.

Loading and Unloading:

• Load and unload products onto/from the delivery vehicle.
• Organize items for efficient delivery and to prevent damage during transportation.
• Verify the accuracy of orders before departure.

Customer Interaction:

• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with any inquiries and address customer concerns when necessary.

Route Planning:

• Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Use GPS or other navigation tools to navigate through traffic and reach destinations.

Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including receipts, invoices, and customer signatures.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with delivered items.

Compliance and Safety:

• Adhere to traffic laws and regulations.
• Follow safety protocols for the handling of products and driving.
• Ensure that all required licenses and certifications are up-to-date.

Communication:

• Communicate with the supermarket's logistics or delivery team to provide updates on delivery status.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or store regarding inventory and order fulfillment.

Physical Stamina:

• Possess the physical stamina to load and unload items, often involving lifting and carrying packages.

Problem-Solving:

• Address any unexpected issues or challenges that may arise during deliveries, such as traffic delays or product shortages.

Customer Feedback:

• Gather feedback from customers about the delivery experience.
• Report feedback to the supermarket management for continuous improvement.
