Job Description
The Job description for this person will include but not limited to the following:

• Our Client urgently requires the services of experienced Marketing Officers who have worked in a Microfinance Bank or Micro finance Institution with a minimum of two years experience in marketing of Financial Services

Job Overview

• The Marketing Officer oversees the MFB’s marketing campaigns both internally and externally and plays a key part in communicating the Bank’s marketing message.

Duties

• Creating marketing campaigns programs for the Bank
• Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the Bank’s message to their existing customers.
• Contributing to the annual sales and marketing plan.
• Planning and project managing marketing events and evaluating their success.
• Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activity.
• Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
• Supporting the marketing manager in day to day marketing activities.
• Grow the Banks client base through Direct Sales Activities to potential customers
• Develop new business opportunities by generating Deposit Liabilities and Fund Mobilization within the MSME and retail market.
• acquire new clients and expand the customer base
• Identify, develop, and cultivate relationships with customers within the retail and MSME segment who need loans and advances to support their business.
• Initiate the development, launching, and sales of new product offerings.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 / month.
