Job Title: Head, Property and Facility Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

The Position

• We are looking for a Head Property and facility to manage our properties and client’s portfolio, ensuring that our facilities are functioning well at all times.

Job Description
The Head, property and facility manager shall have amongst others, the following primary responsibilities:

• Effective and efficient running of the property and facility both for Lagos and other locations.
• Management, organization and retention of the company’s properties and client portfolio.
• Manage all property and facility staff.
• Making sure that company properties are being used appropriately and well maintained.
• Making sure properties provide adequate returns on investment.
• Organizing and checking repairs.
• Conducts complete detailed inspections of properties, and preparing a complete report upon inspection.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management / Engineering or related disciplines
• Master’s degree in Facility management or project management
• Minimum of 12-15 year’s experience in property/facility management.
• Chartered membership of NIESV, ESVRABON, IFMA, RICS is required.
