Job Title: Head of Catering
Location: Lagos
Requirements
- Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Food Science and Technology, Nutrition, Dietetics, Hotel and Catering Management or any related discipline in addition to relevant catering qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience planning and preparing meals for large population
- Candidate must be versatile with proficiency in cookery, baking and pastry
- Cognate experience working with children in an international school is a requirement
- Proficiency in the planning and preparation of local and continental dishes
- Not older than 45 years
- Strong problem-solving abilities, procurement competence and budget management skills
- Computer Proficiency
- A good understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
