We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Associate (Outsourcing)

Location: Obanikoro, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns, and providing support to resolve conflicts.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with employees to gauge job satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
  • Support managers in conducting performance reviews and setting performance goals.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Keep abreast of changes in employment legislation and update policies accordingly.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and pension schemes.
  • Work closely with external service providers to ensure the smooth delivery of benefits.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for employees.
  • Facilitate continuous learning and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution with 2-4 years experience
  • Proven experience as an HR Officer or similar role in an outsourcing company
  • Knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
