Job Title: HR/ Admin Officer
Locations: Lagos & West
Skills/Job Functions
- Work with little or no supervision.
- Good writing skills, ability to cover a meeting and write minutes of meetings.
- Good knowledge of office practice - filing, events/meetings management, mail administration, etc.
- Interpersonal relationship skills - employee relations at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills - ability to write and interpret reports.
- Knowledgeable in Performance, Reward Management, HR Management and general administration.
Educational /Experience
- B.Sc./ HND in Industrial Relations/Personnel Management, Business Admin, Sociology, Psychology, or any other related discipline.
- Membership of CIPM is an added advantage
- Computer literate - ability to use MS words, excel etc.
- At least 3 to 5 years post qualification cognate working experience in HR/Admin preferably in a Manufacturing company
- Personal Specification; Age: 30 -40
- Sex: Male
