We are one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in Nigeria, as a result of expansion, we require the services of suitably qualified candidates for the position below:

Job Title: HR/ Admin Officer

Locations:
Lagos & West

Skills/Job Functions
  • Work with little or no supervision.
  • Good writing skills, ability to cover a meeting and write minutes of meetings.
  • Good knowledge of office practice - filing, events/meetings management, mail administration, etc.
  • Interpersonal relationship skills - employee relations at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to write and interpret reports.
  • Knowledgeable in Performance, Reward Management, HR Management and general administration.
Educational /Experience
  • B.Sc./ HND in Industrial Relations/Personnel Management, Business Admin, Sociology, Psychology, or any other related discipline.
  • Membership of CIPM is an added advantage
  • Computer literate - ability to use MS words, excel etc.
  • At least 3 to 5 years post qualification cognate working experience in HR/Admin preferably in a Manufacturing company
  • Personal Specification; Age: 30 -40
  • Sex: Male
