Job Title: Senior Sales Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
• Meeting planned sales goals.
• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
• Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
• Professional Certifications would be an added advantage;
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive and proven experience within luxury, beauty, fashion, and retail verticals with international exposure.
• On top of fashion trends, new designers, products, etc.
• Experience in the fashion/ apparel sector is preferred
• Has demonstrable business acumen and a high level of analytical skills.
• Strong work ethic;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive interpersonal skills.
