Job Title: Research and Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall research and development strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
• Lead and manage R&D projects from conception to execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
• Build and lead a high-performing R&D team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Evaluate and assess new technologies, tools, and methodologies relevant to our industry and client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consulting, marketing, and sales, to integrate R&D findings into our service offerings.
• Develop and manage the R&D budget efficiently, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet project goals.
• Engage with clients, industry experts, and external partners to build strategic relationships and gather insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 7 years of proven experience as an R&D Manager or in a similar role within a consulting or related industry.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation abilities.
• Knowledge of industry-specific technologies and trends.
