We also provide Cleaning and Moving/Logistics services. Established 2017, Dews and Petals serves 7000+ clients in Abuja, Lagos, Kano and Rivers. Businesses from several industries, public sector organizations and people at home rely on Dews and Petals to protect them against health risks, food contamination and structural damages in buildings caused by pests.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative Intern

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Internship

Responsibilities

• Maintaining positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Responding promptly to queries.
• Communicating with clients through various channels.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Resolving complaints.
• Process forms, orders, requests and applications.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Effective problem solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and able to follow a schedule.
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Proactive approach to support
• Efficient with the use of CRM Software.
