Job Description

  • We are in search of a dynamic and strategic professional to assume the role of Lead, People & Administration. This leadership position requires a seasoned individual who can effectively oversee both HR functions and administrative operations, fostering a positive work environment and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities
HR Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with Popcentral's mission and values.
  • Lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives.

Administrative Oversight:

  • Provide administrative leadership, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.

Facility Management:

  • Oversee facility management, ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained workspace.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to address facility-related needs.

People Development:

  • Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring alignment with labour laws and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.

Administrative Efficiency:

  • Streamline administrative processes to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Implement and optimize systems for smooth day-to-day operations.

Leadership Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with leadership teams across departments to align HR and administrative efforts with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic input on initiatives impacting both people and administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR leadership and administrative oversight.
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition, employee engagement, and administrative processes.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR and administrative initiatives with organizational goals.
