Job Title: Practice Manager

Description

  • Our client is recruiting a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to join her team.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement effective workplace protocol.
  • Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations.
  • Interview, train and monitor administrative personnels.
  • Monitor facility performance and patient TAT.
  • Supervise daily practice operations such as billing, debt collections, security and occupational health and safety.
  • Monitor the inventory for medications and medical equipment and organize for resupply.
  • Interact with patients and address their complaints.
  • Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with Physicians and Business team to develop strategies for growth.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with Physicians, other medical professionals, office personnel employees and patients.
  • Good leadership, motivation, training, and goal-setting skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of health care finance best practices and standards.Understanding of health and safety standards in the medical industry.
  • Monitor industry activities by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, services, new innovations and develop a better strategy for sales.
  • Keep management informed by submitting branch performance reports, such as Weekly, Monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Discuss and consult with other managers on latest business trends with a view to introduce innovative services.
  • Represent the Company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, and other special events.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Healthcare Management or Related field with strong knowledge in the Healthcare/Radio-diagnostic sector
  • Master’s degree in business administration, or related field is an added advantage.
  • At least 5 - 10 years' experience in healthcare management.
  • Proven track record of success in the sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong administrative acumen and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
