Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring the acquisition of top talent.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with relevant labor laws.
• Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a positive work environment.
• Conduct performance management and talent development initiatives.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Handle employee engagement initiatives and promote a healthy workplace culture.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with 3-10 years experience.
• Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in the manufacturing sector is a plus.

Salary
NGN 200,000 / Month (Negotiable)
