Job Title: IT Officer

Location: Ikorodu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Resolving IT support requests from employees.
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Setting up of new PC for a new employee during the onboarding process. Install, update, and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications software
• Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
• Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the optimum benefit from them.
• Make sure that systems are not working slow – day-to-day monitoring.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems, servers, and networks. Maintaining databases and ensuring system security
• Replace faulty system parts on your own as required.

Requirements

• B.Sc. / HND in Computer Engineering Technology / Science.
• 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in network and server management and troubleshooting.
• Excellent configuration and troubleshooting of routers, switches,and firewalls.
• Basic knowledge of Windows server
• Proficient with Ms-Office packages
• Proficient with Windows OS
• Basic knowledge of Google AppSheet.
