Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT software/technical assistance and software support to our team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical software issues promptly.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Assist in maintaining and updating desktop documentations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of HND in Computer Science.
- 1-3 years of experience in desktop publishing and system troubleshooting.
- Driving experience is compulsory.
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Help Desk Software, Remote Desktop Tools, Documentation Software, Backup and Recovery, Troubleshooting Tools.
