Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Recruiter located in Lagos. The Senior Sales Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, account management, and communication with clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 15+ years relevant work experience.
- Experience in Sales Recruitment and Hiring
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting
- Excellent Account Management skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Experience in the HR or Recruitment industry is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
