Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Prepare Legal documents.
• Attend meetings and report back on the meeting proceedings.
• Deal with clients/public matters as only directed by Legal Head and as relates to the company services and policy.
• Receive, update and file client’s documents timely.
• You are to Assist the Legal Head with all departmental duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Prepare faultless offer/allocation letters.
• Prepare Seal agreements.
• File and document all legal documents.
• Collaborate with Account department to plan and develop effective documentation and invoicing for clients.
• Recommend developmental programmes for Legal department to improve work efficiency.
• A daily/weekly report recommendations will be required of you to your departmental head on all of your tasks and activities.
• Maintain an updated knowledge of company goals, vision and values to ensure appropriate prioritizing.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 1 - 3 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
