Job Description

• As the Video Editor/Media Team Lead, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality video content from concept through to completion. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and team leadership. You will be overseeing the media team, ensuring that all projects are executed with excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing and Production:

• Edit video footage to create compelling narratives, ensuring clear storytelling and high production values.
• Work closely with directors, producers, and other team members to understand and bring the project vision to life.
• Manage post-production workflows, including editing, color grading, sound design, and final delivery.

Motion Graphics and Animation:

• Create and incorporate motion graphics and animations to enhance visual storytelling.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and implement them creatively in projects.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the media team, setting clear goals and expectations, and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Foster a collaborative and creative environment where team members can contribute ideas and grow their skills.

Quality Control and Innovation:

• Ensure all content meets the company’s standards of quality and creativity.
• Continuously explore new creative techniques and technologies to push the boundaries of our video content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Experience in motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is highly desirable.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of video projects.
• Excellent leadership skills and experience managing a creative team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
