Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our real estate company. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding business opportunities, and building strong relationships within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the real estate sector.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations within the real estate industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business prospects.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, investors, brokers, and industry influencers.
  • Lead negotiations and deal structuring to secure new business ventures, acquisitions, and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to assess the viability of new real estate projects or initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to develop comprehensive business proposals and presentations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting the real estate sector.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and business development activities to senior management.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and optimize business development strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong network and connections within the real estate industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and assess market potential.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
  • Managerial experience is an advantage.
