Job Description 

• We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Farm Supervisor with expertise in vegetable production and a basic understanding of poultry. If you are passionate about agriculture and have the skills to oversee farm operations, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily operations in vegetable production.
• Implement and monitor crop cultivation practices.
• Ensure the proper use of fertilizers, pesticides, and other inputs.
• Oversee irrigation systems and water management.
• Coordinate and lead a team of farm workers.
• Maintain records of crop yields, expenses, and other relevant data.
• Assist in poultry-related tasks when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in vegetable production.
• Basic knowledge of poultry farming.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Understanding of agricultural best practices.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve.
• Good communication skills.

Salary
N80,000 - N90,000 / month.
