Job Title: Assistant Manager, Human Resources

Functions

• Recruitment/policy drafts, salary fitment, presentations, manpower planning, survey, records management for talents, performance management, disciplinary/welfare issues, Engagements,Admin related issues, Industrial relations etc.
• Such talent(s) must be good in excel, Powerpoint and very conversant with the Nigerian Labour Law and Factories Act.
• Such talent(s) must not be more than 40 years of age
• We need talent with manufacturing and FMCG experience.

Budget
N300,000 plus KPI apart from other benefits.
