Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced Videographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate videography, demonstrating proficiency in capturing high-quality video and photographic content. The Videographer will play a crucial role in creating compelling visual narratives for our real estate properties, showcasing them in the most appealing and innovative way.

Responsibilities
Real Estate Videography:

• Produce high-quality video content for real estate properties, focusing on key features and unique selling points.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually engaging property tours, highlight reels, and promotional videos.
• Photography:
• Capture still photographs that showcase the best aspects of real estate properties, ensuring high resolution and aesthetically pleasing compositions.
• Edit and retouch photos to enhance visual appeal and overall quality.

Drone Operation:

• Utilize drone technology to capture stunning aerial footage and images of real estate properties.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety guidelines when operating drones.

Equipment Management:

• Maintain and operate video and photography equipment, ensuring it is in optimal condition for each shoot.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in videography technology.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with real estate agents, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand the vision and requirements for each project.
• Incorporate feedback to continuously improve the quality of visual content.

Post-Production:

• Edit and enhance video and photo content using industry-standard software.
• Ensure timely delivery of final products while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Person Specification

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in videography and real estate content creation.
• Proficient in operating professional-grade cameras, drones, and other videography equipment.
• Advanced knowledge of video and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop).
• Previous experience working with a real estate company is essential.
