Job Title: Warehouse Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Liaison with Community/stakeholders and ensure Site Access.
• Ensure delivery of Materials & Resources to site according to approved Project schedules.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality.
• Organize and arrange products within the warehouse for optimal space utilization
• Site mobilization and de-mobilization
• Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
• Warehouse management, import and exporting, procurement, and other supply chain functions to facilitate business operations.
• Ensure that all necessary Equipment/Facilities required by Personnel to work are available to enhance optimal performance of Staff.
• Management of all Safety and Security Needs.
• Third party management locally and beyond to provide best way possible for shipment to its desired destination
• Manage customer’s delivery of items from the warehouse to its destination.
• Income Generation from under-utilized Assets.
• Overseas all purchase logistics movement (Inbound & Outbound) of items procured international from pick up to delivery.
• Vehicles/equipment and spares Inspection and approval before procurement and spares Stock Holding.
• Clearing of imported goods within the reasonable and transportation to planned/agreed destination.

Skills / Qualifications

• B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a warehouse officer or similar role
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience
• Previous experience in a shipping company or pre-inspection agencies is desirable.
• Professional Registration desirable.
• Special courses in Logistics and Import clearance desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT operated environment.
