Job Brief
- Our client needs an Estate Officer to Lead and manage day-to-day real property leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and property management functions on behalf of the company.
Responsibilities
- Respond to tenants' complaints and concerns.
- Market the property to potential tenants.
- Dealing with tenancy applications for housing
- Organizing and checking repairs
- Monitoring tenancy agreements
- Ensure properties are well maintained.
- Attention to details.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of properties professionally.
Requirements and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years working experience as an Estate officer or in a similar role
- Degree in Estate management or a similar field (HND/Bsc)
- Marketing skills
- Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office package
