Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Meeting planned sales goals.
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.
- Promoting the organization and products.
- Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;
- Must have experience in Affluent/Private Banking, Luxury real estate, Luxury Automobile
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive and proven experience within luxury, beauty, fashion, and retail verticals with international exposure.
- On top of fashion trends, new designers, products, etc.
- Has demonstrable business acumen and a high level of analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive interpersonal skills.
- Professional Certifications would be an added advantage
