Responsibilities

• Ensure high level of customers' satisfaction through excellent service.
• Drive Sales
• Propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths.
• Directs bulk Section operations (This is the unit where drinks and water are sold in whole sale quantity)
• Maintain good customer service, managing employees and sales.
