Job Title: Loan Manager
Location: Abeokuta, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Reviewing applications to determine if they meet all qualifications, such as income levels or credit scores
- Negotiating loan terms with borrowers and other parties to the transaction, such as banks or title companies
- Reviewing loan applications to ensure that all required information is complete and accurate
- Coordinating appraisals and inspections of collateral for loans involving real estate
- Reviewing loan documents to ensure that all legal requirements have been met
- Managing relationships with lenders and other partners in the lending process
- Negotiating with lenders on behalf of borrowers who are having difficulty making payments on their loans
Requirements
- Candidates must have a minimum of One year experience in an MFB and have a knowledge of banking software Bank-One.
