Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fullstack T-24 Java Developer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team.
• As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using the T-24 core banking system and Java technologies.
• As a fullstack developer, you will work essentially to implement new features, as well as make modifications and fix bugs in existing code.
• Your duties will include designing and developing layouts, writing code to power the underlying functionality of the website, and developing tests for the code you write.
• Additionally, the ideal candidate should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries.
• You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

Responsibilities

• Full-stack Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using the T-24 core banking system and Java technologies. The individual will work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions. Create, design and implement layouts for new and existing web pages.
• Front-End Development: Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces, incorporating modern UI/UX design principles. Utilize front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance the overall user experience. Designing client-side and server-side architecture would be the individual’s responsibility. Architect brand new software solutions to fulfill project requirements.
• Back-End Development: Architect and implement robust, efficient, and scalable server-side solutions using Java technologies. Ensure the seamless integration of T-24 core banking functionalities.
• Database Management: Design and optimize database structures, ensuring data integrity and efficient data retrieval. Experience with databases such as Oracle or SQL Server is a plus. The Individual will write effective APIs.
• Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards. Mentor junior developers and provide constructive feedback. The Individual would be responsible for troubleshooting, debugging and upgrading the software.
• Integration: Work on integrating third-party systems and APIs to enhance the functionality of the applications. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise. Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end systems. Implement optimizations to improve overall system efficiency. Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed applications, ensuring that knowledge is effectively transferred within the team.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full-stack development, with a focus on T-24 core banking system and Java technologies.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Excellent knowledge of front-end web programming languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AngularJS, with ability to render server-side and client-side content
  • Experience with T-24 core banking system.
  • Excellent knowledge of one or more back-end programming languages (PHP, Java, jQuery, C#)
  • Experience with common web development tools and services, such as version control software, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience developing desktop and mobile applications and familiarity with common stacks
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
  • Experience with agile and/or DevOps processes and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) Ability to translate software requirements into working and maintainable solutions within the existing application frameworks.
  • Experience working with Nginx or Apache servers with a solid background in Linux
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the overall project.
