- Responsible for collaborating with members of the team on Agile processes and ensure strict adherence to Scrum values, principles, and practices in order to get the best product out
Requirements
Mandatory:
- B.Sc in STEM course
- Agile Scrum Master certification
- 6 - 8 years experience in Agile/Scrum practices
Desirable:
- M.Sc in Computer Science/Engineering or Numeric Science
- PSM II, PSM III, PMI-ACP
Skills:
- Good knowledge of scrum practices in the financial industry
- Product management and good Agility practice
- Analytical Skills/ Problem solving
- Performance management and coaching skills.
