Job Title: Call Center Agent (Hausa Speaking)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Requirements

• Candidates should possess relevant academic qualifications (Minimum of HNDupper or its equivalent).
• 1 year work experience.
• He/she must have excellent Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to speak Hausa fluently.
• The ability to communicate and relate with customers in English, Hausalanguage is a must.
• He / she must have excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office
• Must have completed NYSC.
