Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team and contribute to the early childhood development of our students.
• As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities to promote the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development of preschool-aged children.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child, recognizing their unique strengths, interests, and needs.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
• Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage children in learning experiences that are both enjoyable and educational.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed to ensure all children are meeting developmental milestones.
• Model positive behavior and teach important social skills, such as cooperation, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, development, and achievements, and communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education and continuously improve teaching skills.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an NCE qualification with 3 - 10 years relevant work experience.
