We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Batching Plant Operator
Location: Ikot Abasi, Akwa Ibom
Responsibilities
- Prepare the plant for operations at the beginning of the day and perform shut down procedures at the end of the day.
- Maintain proper raw material levels and order as needed (aggregates, cement, additives)
- Load aggregate material into batch plant.
- Responsible for daily inspection of facilities, do necessary repairs and will complete maintenance checklist.
- Ensure that all company safety regulations and policies are always followed.
Qualifications / Requirements
- OND / HND in Civil Engineering | Trade Test 1-3| Industrial Training Certificate
- 7 – 12 years hands - on experience as a Batching Plant Operator.
- Knowledge of plant operation, maintenance and electrical systems required.
- Thorough understanding of the concrete manufacturing process required.
- Must have worked as a Batching Plant Operator in a Construction Company with large construction site.
- Industry Preference: Civil Engineering Construction Company with Large Construction site.
