Job Title: Warehouse Assistant

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Ensure on a weekly and monthly basis and in line with the company’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) that warehouse stocks are confirmed at the branch level on time.
• Carry out a closing stock taking of all the sales representatives on a daily basis and report any irregularity discovered to your superior/senior internal control officer immediately and ensure all the company’s assets in the branch is highly safeguarded and controlled.
• Assisting the warehouse manager in the coordination of all logistics related activities in the branch.
• Assisting the warehouse manager in participating in daily, weekly and monthly counts, root-cause variances and share necessary reports.
• Assisting the warehouse manager in managing stock handlers under you to ensure maximum productivity.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have minimum qualification of BSc / HND.
• 0 to 1 year experience in logistics is required.
• Must be a mature, responsible and well-mannered
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Working Days: Mondays to Fridays.
