Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Actively seek new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and other channel partners.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales activities.
• Provide product knowledge and training to customers to ensure optimal representation of our brand.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities and challenges.
• Prepare and submit timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in FMCG sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• 3 - 7 years of relevant sales experience in the FMCG industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the FMCG industry, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
