Job Title: Human Resource Business Partner

Location: Ikeja Computer Village, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with store managers to understand business needs and develop HR strategies accordingly.
• Providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
• Implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards.
• Managing recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Conducting regular training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Serving as a point of contact for employee concerns and providing effective resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a retail environment.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with both employees and management.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality.
