Job Description

  • Our client is looking to hire a B2B Manager (Gifting) who will be a key player in advancing our corporate gifting sector, blending your strategic business acumen with a keen understanding of the B2B landscape.
  • Responsible for managing the entire corporate gifting process, your role involves client relationship management, strategic planning, and a proven track record in managing and enhancing corporate gifting services. Familiarity with CRM tools and SAAS is essential for this role.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their gifting needs and building long-term partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless experience and exceeding client expectations.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain detailed client profiles, fostering personalized interactions

End-to-End Gifting Process:

  • Oversee the complete corporate gifting process, from sourcing and customization to packaging and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics to ensure the highest quality and efficiency in the gifting process.

Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Devise and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and expand market presence in the corporate gifting sector.
  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities, staying ahead in the competitive landscape.

B2B Focus:

  • Leverage your B2B expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector.
  • Tailor gifting solutions to meet the unique needs and branding requirements of corporate clients.

In Simple Terms:

  • As the Corporate Gifting Manager in our B2B Department, your central focus is promoting and enhancing our core product, "Gifting as a Service," within the corporate sector.
  • This includes client engagement, end-to-end excellence in delivering gifting services, strategic planning specific to gifting services, and utilizing CRM tools and SAAS applications for streamlined operations and data-driven decision-making.
  • Embrace exciting challenges, from collaborating with internal teams to ensuring seamless B2B client experiences with our innovative gifting services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years proven experience in B2B corporate gifting management or a similar role, with a focus on promoting services.
  • Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to tailor gifting service solutions to diverse B2B client needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and SAAS applications.
