We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Brand and Social Media Manager

Location: Lagos Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • You will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining a strong brand presence across various online platforms.
  • You will be responsible for creating and executing social media strategies, managing content creation, and ensuring that the brand's messaging aligns with its overall goals.

Responsibilities

  • Handle market strategy, analytics and reporting
  • Manage client relations
  • Conduct social media marketing campaigns
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content and Ads across all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
  • Curate design briefs for creating marketing assets
  • Provide design direction and ensure the consistent application of brand identity across all creative assets
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using appropriate reporting tools, provide data driven optimizations to improve campaign performance
  • Conduct email marketing campaign to promote the services and encourage repeat purchase
  • Drive website traffic through targeted search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower base.
  • Monitor social media channels for community engagement, industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media platforms.
  • Write engaging and compelling content for social media posts and other marketing materials.
  • Monitor and analyze community feedback to make data-driven decisions.
  • Use social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with external agencies or partners for specific campaigns or initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4 years proven experience
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and social media trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
  • Knowledge of SEO and online marketing trends.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
