Job Description
- Manage all Employee Documentation
- Responsible for every aspect of human resources, from organizational training and development to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Requirements and Experience
- A Master's Degree holder is an added advantage
- 5 to 7 years experience in hospital environs in the capacity of an Human Resources Admin. in the health sector
- Must be ready to resume in February 2024
- Must have minimum of BSc in business admin, human resources or related environs
- A member of a human resources professional body is a plus (CIPM, SHRM, PHRI).
Key Competencies Required:
- Ability to manage the recruitment and selection process
- Knowledge of Payroll computation and preparation
- Knowledge in performance management.
