The Katsina State College of Nursing and Midwifery was curved-out of the former Katsina State College of Health Sciences in 2013 by Katsina State Law No. 13 of November 2013 and Katsina State Law No. 11 of 1st August 2019. However, despite the law, the College did not take-off until the year 2015. The College has its temporary headquarters located at No. 25, Nagoggo Road, GRA, Katsina and has two satellite Colleges, namely; Kasimu Kofar Bai College of Nursing Sciences, Satellite Campus  Katsina and Nana Babajo College Of Nursing Sciences, Satellite Campus Malumfashi.

We are recruiting qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Bursar

Location: Katsina

Job Description

  • The Bursar is the Chief Accounting Officer of the contribution to the advancement of knowledge College, and is responsible to the Provost.

Qualifications and Experience

  • The candidate must possess at least a HND/Degree in Accountancy or Finance-related discipline from a recognized Tertiary Institution or equivalent professional accountancy qualification
  • At least 10 years post qualification cognate experience, plus registration with ANAN or ICAN.

Term of Appointment

  • The successful candidate shall be appointed for a term of Four (4) years in the first instance and may be eligible for re-appointment for another term of Four (4) years.

Salary
The Salary for the position is consolidated and the appointee shall be paid other benefits as may be approved from time to time by the Katsina State Government.
