Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Conducting market analysis to determine property value and provide clients with accurate and realistic pricing strategies.
- Actively seeking out and connecting with potential clients and opportunities through effective marketing.
- Staying informed about market trends, new listings, and industry best practices.
- Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Person Specification
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sales Agent or Marketer in Real Estate or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Familiarity with local real estate market trends and neighborhoods.
Salary
N80,000 and 10% commission.
